Last week we reported and posted pics of Ciara in a Wheel-Chair at her recent thanksgiving charity event in ATL. Well no details have been told about the singers accident but reports are saying that Ciara was actually practicing a dance move when she fell awkwardly after jumping in the air while wearing 4-inch high heels. Ciara refused to let the accident dampen her holiday spirit when she took to twitter to wish fans a Happy Thanksgiving. Let's Hope CiCi gets well soon, We Have An Album To Record.
