Rumor has it Ciara & Bow Wow are kickin it again. Bow Wow stated in a radio interview that him & Ci have been talkin more then usual but its nothing serious. Bow Wow is promoting Ciara's new album Basic Instinct on twitter. Last Night Ciara & Bow Wow are said to have been together at the Miami Heat Game. Bow Wow does live in Miami but there is no proof that Ciara was indeed at the game with him. I will add more to this story as soon as I see some receipts.
