Many media outlets are reporting that Ciara's new album Basic Instinct has been pushed back to september or obtober 5th. This comes as a let down to fans after they were excited and getting geared up for the release of the album on August 17th. Many sources are predicting that the reason for the album's push back is because of the fact Ciara has not been doing very much promotion for album (TV show's, Radio ETC.) The Video for her second single Gimme Dat is yet to be shot or even officially released to radio just online. Fans feel that with this new release date it gives more time for leaks and due to Ciara's last effort Fantasy Ride being leaked in full they are determined to let ciara succeed especially when she was just named the hottest female singer of the summer by Billboard magazine
