Chelsea Handler Claims Ciara Runied Her Relationship With Ex-Boyfriend 50 Cent

This morning comedian Chelsea Handler was a guest on The Howard Stern Show and the subject of her relationship with ex-boyfriend rapper 50 cent who was once in a 3year off & on relationship with Ciara came up.
